I’m really frustrated with this company! After years of admiring their rings, I was thrilled to find out my fiancé bought one for the proposal. I hadn’t specified which one to choose, so we were both let down by how different the ring appeared in real life compared to the online images. They apparently used computer-generated pictures, which isn’t mentioned anywhere on their site, making the actual ring look way more dull than expected. When my fiancé contacted them after I voiced my concerns, their response was super dismissive. Sure, they offered a return, but with the restocking fee, it just wouldn’t be worth it. The setting is a bit crooked, and I worry the stone might eventually come loose. Plus, the ring has a sharp point that snags on clothes and pokes my finger. Because of this and to keep the black rhodium intact, I hardly wear it. I work from home and don’t go out much, so it mostly sits in its case. Yet, after just a month and a half, the rhodium is already wearing off. They claim it’s due to oils, water, and all that jazz, but I barely wear it, and I’ve never showered with it, washed dishes, or worked out while wearing it. Still, it’s fading. When we reached out again, we got another dismissive reply. I know some folks are satisfied with their purchases, but if you think you might need customer service, I’d suggest looking elsewhere. For a company I was excited to buy from for years, the level of letdown is beyond words. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

This is the second ring I've bought from this place. Unfortunately, I lost my cherished first ring (from another store), and they really went the extra mile to help us get a replacement fast since we needed it for engagement photos. This ring is stunning, no doubt about it. It shines so beautifully in the light, and the design is super intricate and delicate. The customer service is top-notch with quick responses. They were incredibly patient with all my questions (I had a ton, and they were always quick to provide detailed and friendly answers). I made a few tweaks from the original ring. The quality is fantastic, and I'm totally in love with my new ring :)

I bought the ‘Valencia’ Gold Bat Engagement Ring. When it showed up, the wing tips were super sharp. My partner ended up getting hurt, and now she can't wear it. I reached out to customer service and sent them photos of the cuts from the ring. They told me I could either return it for inspection, but I'd have to pay for that myself, which felt like they were accusing me of making it up. The other option was to have a local jeweler fix it, and again, I'd be footing the bill. This was supposed to be a special moment, but the faulty ring and the company's poor handling of the situation have really messed things up.

I can't recommend Sapphire Studios enough for anyone in search of something unique. The communication was smooth, and the transaction was a breeze. We couldn't have wished for a better ring. My fiancé and I truly love the ring we got. Huge thanks to Sapphire Studios!

I bought a ring not long ago, and after just three days of my girlfriend wearing it, the stone popped out. To make matters worse, I saw that the plating was already losing its shine in that short time. I really wish I had checked out the reviews beforehand because I honestly don’t think the ring is worth over 300 bucks. The stone in the center had scratches too. Their communication leaves a lot to be desired; they’re very brief and don’t provide much detail. All in all, it was a major disappointment.
